Hi, I'm Vlad.

I first taught myself how to code when I was 11. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion — and eventually a career. Over the last few years I've had the opportunity to work with some of the world's largest organisations, helping them explore and adopt emerging technologies.

My work sits at the intersection of technology and people. I enjoy taking complex ideas and turning them into practical solutions that organisations can actually use and scale. What motivates me most is building things that create genuine impact. From AI agents to intelligent automation and data-driven platforms, I enjoy turning ambitious ideas into working systems that help organisations become faster, smarter and more resilient.

I'm also passionate about developing people and social mobility. I've mentored apprentices and junior engineers and strongly believe the future of technology depends on building the next generation of engineers and thinkers. More broadly, I'm interested in leadership, ideas, and the role technology plays in shaping organisations and society. AI is incredibly powerful — but its real value comes from how thoughtfully it's applied and how well it supports the people using it.
